Ceil R. Bartolai, MSW, LCSW

Born and raised in Northeastern Pennsylvania, Ceil has made serving and supporting her community and its families, through Strength’s Based, Solution-Focused Counseling, her lifelong mission. Ceil graduated from Marywood University with her MSW in 1993 and has been using her skills to strengthen and support her clients for 30 years. She has counseled children and families experiencing addiction as well as situational and chronic anxiety and depression. Ceil has taught generations of first responders how to identify and mitigate primary and secondary trauma that is inherent in their profession by utilizing relaxation techniques, mind-body awareness, and identifying and strengthening support systems.

With a specialization in trauma informed crisis management, as well as individual and family therapy, Ceil utilizes a cognitive behavioral approach to create a foundation to heal and strengthen resiliency, enhance coping mechanisms, and promote wellness.
